Ms. McLellan is a Legal Consultant advising on all areas of corporate law. Prior to joining EILF, Ms. McLellan practiced in Toronto, Canada in private practice and as in-house counsel. She has experience advising corporations and individuals and has appeared before arbitrators and courts in related litigation.
Ms. McLellan is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario, Canada and a Bachelor of Arts (English Literature) from Queen’s University, Canada.
