In 2003 he obtained his Master of Laws (LLM) in Intellectual Property, Commerce and Technology from the Franklin Pierce Law Center, New Hampshire, U.S.A. Mr. Osman also holds certificates in Advanced Intellectual Property Licensing and Mediation Skills for Intellectual Property and Commercial Disputes.
Thereafter, Mr. Osman completed an Internship Training Program at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in New York, U.S.A. where he handled and analyzed several IP cases. He also participated in several seminars in the United Nations on IP matters. He has written several articles and spoken at several seminars and workshops on IP matters.
Mr. Osman obtained his LLB from Morocco. Before joining EILF, Mr. Osman practiced IP matters in SUDAN and UAE.
He is a member of the International Intellectual Property Society (IIPS), U.S.A. Mr. Osman speaks Arabic and English.
